The Nut and Washer assemblies manufactured by Progressive Stamping consist of specialty nut and stamped washer.These products have typical applications in seating, chassis and suspension.

These products are typically referenced as Keps Nuts and consist of:

• Flat Washers
  
• Conical Washers
  
• Nuts (M5-M24)
  
• Bushings

The washers commonly used in this application are manufactured from ferrous materials primarily using high carbon steel and low carbon steel. We process gages ranging from .5mm (.020 in.) to 8 mm (.314 in.) in Compound Dies, Progressive Dies and Modified Form Stamping Dies.

Progressive Stamping has developed the ability to manufacture and procure these products based on your needs. If you have a problem, we can solve it!

• Internally, Progressive utilizes its stamping equipment along with a custom, automated assembly machine to assemble the washer and nut.
